Hey there Ace! Welcome to YWS!

India? That's fascinating. I've always wanted to see India. Sports are fun, and I share the same boredom in math class. Hah!

Question time! :)
What kind of stories do you write? Fantasy, Realistic, Science Fiction, Romance?
What's your favorite color?
If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be?

Anyways, welcome again! If you ever have any questions, would like a review, or just want to talk feel free to PM me and I'd be glad to do any!

Oh1 India...Love it. Are you Indian or are you just studying there. Whatever the Indian connect is there. Would love to read your stories. Where's your boarding school? PM me when you write something and for any other problem.

Ace, that is so cool! I've always thought India to be very interesting, though I don't know much on it. Still, I love the culture there. :)

I have one question in addition to all the other ones you have been given. :P If you could meet anyone from the past, present, or literary world, who would you meet?

PM me if you need anything and welcome to the lovely world of YWS! I hope to see you around. :)

Smiles!

Hi Ace! (You've got me wondering what your real name is now). I'm an NRI - been living abroad for too long to call myself Indian! Nah, seriously, I can speak the language (along with four others), and I've lived there for three years, so I guess that counts. I remember that some of my first poetry EVER was written back there, when I was, like six or seven, and my classmates thought it was the most amazing thing in the world to be able to rhyme in English.

I'd love to see your work - I think it's so fascinating how we can all evolve to write creatively in the same language, with different mother tongues and in different countries. I wish I could read and write poetry in Sanskrit, though - now THAT would be something to boast about.

Okay. To answer everyones questions:
I write mostly realistic fiction. I'm not very good at finishing stories so I often write open ended short stories. I just finished a short story called The Pyromaniac. Check it out.
My favorite color is red. But sometimes blue.
I already have a dog. A chocolate lab :] A dragon would be nice. A small one. One that can't kill me.
I am Indian. I used to be an NRI but I moved here last year.
Hmmm. If I could meet someone from the past, present, or literary world? That's a hard one. It would definitely be someone from the literary world though.
India is modernizing now. So its a lot different from what you'd expect. Like Navita, I've been living abroad for too long to call myself Indian. My knowledge on India's culture is not much if you don't count Bollywood. I don't speak many of the languages here. My school is international, so, thankfully, everyone speaks english. :P Nice meeting you all!

Aw, math class is fun though! :D

I've seen you around critiquing works! It's great to see you out on YWS. :) Also, if you need any help with your math, just bug me! Or lavabubblingout... she's Indian too, and she can definitely help you with your math. :)
