All right. So my mom and I keep disagreeing which book is better. I say Little Women is my favorite book and its the best. But she says Pride and Prejudice by far...who do you think is better?
Sorrow lasts through this night I'll take this piece of you, and hold for all eternity For just one second I felt whole... as you flew right through me. ~Sorrow by Flyleaf
Little Women is an excellent book, definitely. The problem here is that they're very different in what they want to say, Little Women and Pride and Prejudice. I love Pride and Prejudice a lot, but Little Women wins for me.
I like you as an enemy, but I love you as a friend.
Pride and Prejudice! Your mum is right. Trust me, Pride and Prejudice is much better than Little Women. Not that I don't like Little Women.
you'll never find another sweet little girl with sequined sea foam eyes ocean lapping voice, smile coy as the brightest quiet span of sky and you're all alone again tonight; not again, not again, not again. and don't it feel alright, and don't it feel so nice? lovely.
Is that even a question? Little Women beats ALL! Betwene how amazing the movie is and how well the book was written, it beats Pride And Prejudice by a million miles!

I'd have to say, being a die-hard Austen fan, that Pride and Prejudice is better. I'm a bit biased, but... well, there's just no comparison in my eyes XD. While Little Women, also a classic, is fantastic in it's own respect, Pride and Prejudice has that extra... something. The something that make my heart melt at the mention of Darcy and makes me want to read the book over multiple times.
The key to every locked heart is commonly found hiding within little insecurities.
Exactly--Pride and Prejudice for the win. Not to dis Little Women or anything though, because I loved that story two, but it just didn't have the depth that pride and prejudice does. Besides, it was geared towards younger children, and that shows through the whole book.
