Leza that's insane, to be done with out a tablet. Wow....Anyway the only thing I see that could really be wrong with it is her neck. Now I can't draw so you can ignore this but I think it looks like her neck is too thin. Like it'd break I don't know. And her elbows are bent oddly. I would think if she was standing straight like that they would curve in toward her body. But I can't see what her hands are doing so I can't really make any assumptions. Gold star for you!

Now, I've never used Photoshop and I don't know what a tablet is and what you can do with it, so I'll just tell you my general thoughts about the picture.
The biggest thing I noticed and thought was wrong, was her collarbone. It curves strangely, when it's usually straight, and the shadow makes it seem more like the shoulder blades. Collarbones should be ethereal (I love collarbones, I don't know why), and the dark lines and the shadow makes this one look very harsh.
And yeah, the neck is too thin. Maybe it fits the cartoon style, though. I like the corkscrew ponytail, but it looks like there's wire inside it or something; the curve is unrealistic.
The facial expression is sweet!
