Emerald Eyes

I didn't like the jagged-ness of the poem, or how it flowed. And how you broke the lines in the beginning--that wasn't my favorite either. But still, good job. A poem's a poem, and you did a good job, especially with the imagery.

At first I thought this was a love poem and I thought the food bowl thing was just metaphorically speaking. Ha ha. Okay so now I know your talking about an animal you lost, which makes perfect sense:)

Either way, I found it to be very poignant. Your a phenonmenal poet. Especially to be 13. I'm jealous. Ha ha just kidding. For real, though, I wouldn't change a thing.
