It's a good photo, but this probably belongs more in the "Post your pic" thread if it's a picture of yourself than in the art/photography forum. Or if it's a picture of a friend, on Facebook.
Like Nate said, it probably belongs in the Post your Pic area, or on Facebook if a friend (Do consult/ask the friend before posting it though!).
Otherwise, it is nice, but it would be better if the head wasn't cut off at the top. Good Luck!
