I never really thought about it actually. I know I started because my mom told me that it would be fun to record my dreams and it was. So I haven't found a reason to stop. I guess it's a good way to express myself sense I like any drawing talents.

I truly write because it gives me the best opportunity to express my feelings towards life. If I hate someone I can imagine them as the antagonist, letting my emotions better my writing while at the same time let my emotions out through writing.

Okay...I also write to spite Pat Buchanan...

I write because it's fun and to a slighter degree to escape from the routine of daily life and to have something to daydream about. I think it's sort of exciting to see your characters running around, doing things you'd never do yourself. :) I've noticed I do express my feelings in my writing, but that's not reason why I write.

I refuse to vote solely on the biasis that all of the above is not an option.

I don't know. I've been writing since I learnt my alphabet. Mostly because I love being creative, and writing is the best median I have to do so. It helps me relax and it keeps my imagination (what I regard as one of the most important traits you can possess) active.

Also because I like learning new words to confuse/insult people :D

I write because it helps me express myself; it's fun; i get to play with words and characters.

being able to pretend your something your not is always fun. but people grow up and then they cant play the games, so writting is my way to escape all of my problems and get into somebody else. Its fun knowing that I can play with their fate, they could die if I made them. but them I could bring them back. to be able to comtroll something in theis owrld it a good feeling
