'm looking for a nuetral name for a charecter. A female charecter it has to be strong but also a indesicive name.Also I want it to sound kind of odd. So if any one has any ideas please help me.

Here you can search names or look them up by origin. For example, if you needed a Mongolian name you could find all the female Mongolian names available on the site. There are some pretty wild names but maybe that's what you are looking for. You can also find what the name means and what language and country it originated from.

A neutral name is just a neutral name, if you want it to sound strong just have heavy ascent on words and less vowels. Germanic and norse are probably your best bet for that.
