I prefer Hardback, it's easier for after I read I can also collect and it'll look decent. I mean not that paper back wouldn't but it works better for me since im pretty clumsy and might bend paper back

Century old papers and documents - when researching. ;)

I can go either way - paper or hardbacks. Don't have a preference for reading material. If it's historic, hardback for obvious reasons.
The sadness drains through me rather than skating over my skin. It travels through every cell to reach the ground. I filter it yet strangely enough, I keep what was pure and it is the dirt that leaves.

To borrow i prefer paperback because of the plastic covers, but i prefer to own hardback because it lasts longer and the pages don't bend.

I would say Hardbacks for me, I totally ruin Paper Backs when I read them by bending the back...

I like paperbacks because they're cheaper and smaller. I feel less bad when I mangle a paperback. (My books get beaten up a lot. I read them until the spines crack and pages fall out.) Plus, they weigh less, so I can carry more of them.

That being said, few things are as singularly satisfying as sitting down with a huge hardback and a cup of tea when it's freezing cold and/or raining outside. (For the record, I always take off the dust jacket while I read.)

I like paperback. They're cheaper, and when you check the whole series out of the library, you don't break your back trying to carry them in your backpack.
