Hi, I'm new and I'm hoping to be published one day!

Hi there.
I've been writing ever since I was really small and now I have started a few projects, I really want it to go further.
I have been posting my work on myspace blogs and only my friends can comment them and they ahve been rsaying its good, but I want honest opinions.
So I thought I'd check this out.
My work is mostly fantasy but I like to create my own magic instead of leakng off of other ideas.
I will post a few chapter of a new book I have been working on since Christmas.
But first I'm gonna check out a few of these blogs. Can't believe something like this actually exists, its fantastic!

Welcome to YWS Louisa! This is a pretty awesome site so I think you'll like it here. I used to post my stories on LiveJournal all the time, but my mom kept telling me people needed to read it so I tracked down this site. Of all the ones I've looked at, it's the best so far.

^_^ What kind of stories do you write? What kind of stuff do you read? I personally like most kinds of fiction, though I love fantasy the most. I'm working on a novel myself (>_> One of far too many 'novels' I've started working on and never finished. I hope I can pull through on this one!) and I'm heart set on publishing something.

I hope to see your work around soon, just remember to do 2 critiques first (see rules) before you put any of your won work up!

Ditto - fantasy is the MEANING of LIFE, man! I used to write a lot of stories that 'leaked' off other books but now that I'm older (well, now that I'm twelve) I enjoy inventing my own concepts instead. =]

That's almsot exactly like me! Except, my 'friends' said I couldn't write to save my life lol

This place was great though, they really gave me encouragemtn.

If you ever need anything then feel free to pm me and I'll be happy to help you out as best as I can. Be sure to check out the FAQ's and what-not.

If you ever want a crit I'd be more than happy to help you out. And if you're looking to improve, the best way is to crit/review others as much as possible. It makes you notice little things that make a piece good/bad. (Also it's a big thing on here to keep your crit/lit post 2:1.)
