I'd like for you to review the first chapter of a novel that I'm working on. This is a rough draft, though it is edited for spelling and grammar mistakes. I'd really like to know readers' thoughts on the first chapter. Is it compelling? Do you want to know more? It is roughly 3000 words. Any critique is welcome!

Done. Thanks for sharing that with me, it was fantastic. I provided as much constructive criticism as possible however I slipped out of review mode about halfway through because I was really enjoying the story. I'm looking forward to subsequent posts from you.
