Hey everyone, we are just over 2 weeks into 2025! Can you believe it? We have spent a lot of time focusing on our New Years Resolutions, but what about our writing goals for the year ahead? Take a moment to reflect on what you want to accomplish or share your plans below!

Thanks to Elektra for submitting this poll idea! Feel free to send me a PM if you have any ideas for our next official poll! :smt024
Who's to say that my light is better than your darkness? Who's to say death is better than your darkness? Who am I to say?

I'm ignoring most of my novel projects for now and looking at the short stories I've started and the poems I've been writing.

I've written three books. They're all being edited. Sadly, not professionally. I want to get one published this year.

I have worked on three novels since I joined YWS...none of which got past the fourth chapter. Basically, I am giving up on writing novels FOR NOW and focusing on writing a bunch of poems that will hopefully become a poetry book? And increasing vocabulary and hopefully writing some short stories.
