I'm not really doing anything special today, but I did go shopping. And I ate crap in a mall food court. Both of which are pretty American activities, I say.

My mom made a cream cheese tart and then did blueberries and strawberries for the flag with whipping cream for all the white. IT WAS SOOOO GOOD I HAD 4 PIECES!
