TULA RULES WHEN SEEING THROUGH THE EYES OF ANOTHER PERSON:
- it has to be someone she's met before in person. not just heard of. someone she's seen, heard, touched, interacted with
- recipient gets a weird feeling that they're being watched
- she can only see thru their eyes for like, 5-10 mins max and she has to be in a deep meditative, focused state. she can't half-ass it
- if someone disrupts the meditative state then the recipient will get flashes of what she's seeing, hear things she's hearing (or saying), and could even feel what she's feeling for as long as the disruption is prolonged and she's fighting to stay in it. if she goes back into focus, it goes away, and if she breaks focus and the connection, it goes away as well.
- if they're in the same area (like MK, Leterra, outlands, etc) then its crystal clear. but if 1 area away, then fuzzy. 2 areas away, bad quality
TULA RULES WHEN MAKING SOMEONE ELSE SEE THROUGH HER EYES:
- unless the recipient prepares for the message and is in a deep meditative state, then her sigh would appear as short glimpses and flashes
- the exception to this is when the recipient is in an unaware state, i.e. sleeping, on drugs, extremely tired, heavy brain fog, etc
- same image/sense clarity rules as above (in terms of distance to a person) apply for what she's able to show them
- she still has to focus on the other person to show them what she's seeing and experiencing but can basically hijack their vision/force it upon them? just again, for a limited amount of time, dependent on her focus
