     • met Sheriff Brooks + Jeremy
     • Butch and Reed ran into her, Reed hit on her
     • Olivia and Thessa save her from Reed and go shopping w/her

   • The Isle's End: a book about sailors who journey far out into the sea and find an uncharted island and happen upon a bunch of sea monsters, MC is a gal named Jarrah, lots of humor
   • A Record of Wrongs: a book about politics and history of kingdom relations

   • Mikel [m] - mid 30s - father figure with 8 crazy kids, married to Gabby
   • Gabby [f] - early 30s - mother, always busy, tired, doing her best
   • Edna [f] - late 50s - badass grandma on camel but sweet in oasis, everyone listens to her including chaotic children
   • Ava[f] - mid-teens - a little angry, anxious, a little whiny, but doing her best
   • Mateo[m] - early 20s - shy, likes animals more than people, gentle but firm, careful, observant

   • Nellie [5][f] --> super touchy, all up in your face, wants to be held all the time
   • Tabitha [6][f]--> same as lenora like tommy and timmy
   • Lenora [7][f] --> savage, will say anything
   • Benjamin/Benji, Zachary/Zach [8, both m] --> typical "high energy" boys, will lowkey parent their younger siblings if things get too out of hand aka screaming fighting, or crying
