   The story must go on!

   
   Years previous I have made writing goals and xxinxx plans, but this year I want to be a little more lax. I want to try posting at least two posts a month-one with where I am in my project before the month begins and one where I am after the month ends.
   
   And what project am I referring to? You already know: I Knew. Yep, that crazy crime thriller in progress that I'm always yappering about on my wall. You'll see more detailed updates in here.

   Okie, updates.
   Jan 1 I wrote and cant remember what that was
   Jan 6- I think I started work on the scene between Jed and Shiko where they are discussing Zybryn's trauma behind his back
   Jan 9-10 I have been stressing trying to get this scene done and move on to where they discuss the reason for Shiko staying by Zybryn's side.
   
   Honestly feeling pretty burnt out. This scene i just NOT flowing.

   Jan 14- and BAM I finished the scene with Jed and Shiko sitting on the sofa and Jed pulling info out of Shiko about the reason for him staying. And the gun went off, so that means

   . And Jed just went to answer the door and realizes that Kassie is also there.

   Okie Jan 15 was a SMASHING writing day. Jed meets Sheriff Edward's and gets mad when he sees Kassie there. And Shiko already got himself in a fight with Kassie so the drama continues.
   
   Im not sure what to do now, lol. I think Shiko is just gonna chill out while Sheriff Edward's and Jed talk. Im also not sure what Sheriff is gonna know from the get go so that remains to be seen. And Im not sure when to have what happen. Ugh. Kassie also needs to recognize her doggo too so there are a lot of moving pieces that need to come together and Im not sure how all thats gonna work.

    I'm happy to see your progress! Gogogogo! Hope you can figure out your plot progression quickly. Not knowing how to continue can be so nerve-wracking @@

    Jan 20th did some important editing to trim down Shikos conversation regarding his knowledge about Mikel. I also managed to slip some more action into it so its not just paragraphs of Shikos dialogue. Will need some more work, but I will let that scene sit for a while.
    
    Jan 23: I am very stuck. The scene with Kassie and Sherriff Edward's appearing is not off to a good start. Perhaps its too lighthearted? Im not sure. But I will try my best to work on it.

    Jan 24: so what did I do? Edited the heck outta of it, still unhappy with it, and moved on. So now Kassie is staring at the photos on the walls, Shiko is gaming on his phone, and Sheriff and Jed are having a discussion about Zybryn. Somehow this is ending up a lot more awkward than I would like but this is a first draft and things will get smoother with editing so I think I should keep going until I have at least the dialog done!

    Jan 25: I slammed through the scene with Jed and Sheriff Edward's with Jed trying to convince the sheriff to get involved. Then, I finished the scene with Kassie realizing that she had been fooled by the sheriff, and ended right when the sheriff comes back after speaking to Zybryn. So, two scenes done in one day! Minus all the editing lol, but still. Lots of progress!

    Oh and I also wrote the first encounter between Jed and Zybryn post decontamination. So thats three scenes in one day.
