    my ex texted me saying he's going to kill himself, and he's said this before multiple times (and that isn't any better) and has never gone through with it, but it always makes me feels sick to my stomach. but, if he doesn't do it and comes back to apologize, i will cut contact with him, i can't deal with it anymore.
