i think my parents still aren't able to fully grasp how truly little i learned in online school opposed to what they think.
i don't know my times tables.

    1 time anything is the number itself. 1 x 15 = 15 for example. 2 is like adding two numbers together. 7 + 7 = 14 and 2 x 7 = 14. 3 is like adding three numbers of the same together (like two but three!) 3 + 3 + 3 = 9 and so 3 x 3 =9. It's just a quicker way to add, instead of saying 6 + 6 +6 +6 +6 = 30 you can say 5 x 6 = 30. +Something that helped me learned my times tables (may sound odd but..) was numberblocks.

If your wondering why everything times one equal the same number like 1 x 16 = 16 it's because it's just one number there, the one is not another number. It's symbolizing how many numbers there are in the equation, 1! There is only one 16. 16 + nothing = 16. (some people do wonder for example my uncle once..)
