For me it's a tie between Tanjiro and Deku.

I feel like the answer changes every time I watch a new shōnen, but I really love Itadori in Jujustu Kaisen. I was just watching that show last night - he's such a sweet, goofy character. And I love how he's already ridiculously overpowered at the beginning of the show - it gives me so many questions, but is also really entertaining to watch.
