   Welcome to the Poetry Readers club. As you may have guessed, we're all about reading and talking about poetry. As such, I'd like for everyone to suggest someone who has been on their reading list for a while that they haven't gotten to when they join the club. Hopefully this will keep poets flowing in so we can keep reading a broad spectrum of writers.
   
   As we get more suggestions, I'll add the names to this list. If I haven't updated the list in a while, you can make a clean "code" copy and PM it to me and I'll update it for us.

   Mmmmm no one comes to mind just now (although I've only read a few poems by Mary Oliver) but I'll update this if I think of someone else!

    I would add... um... I don't really read poetry
    
    Ellen Hopkins? She writes plenty of poetry stuff. I mean, she's not super good, but you know, she is kind of? Dunno how to explain it. I read her one book, Tilt, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    If she's got a book and you actually read it, she's good! That's my opinion anyway. Thanks for the addition @DemonGoddess!

    I would love to say John Muir but he's a bit too prose, even though his imagery is wonderful. there's several others I'm very tempted to say but they come straight out of an English textbook and that's what I'm trying to get away from.

    I added John Muir because I haven't read him. I'll probably grab him next time I have a week and search for some prose poetry. It'll probably be a short, but hey, prose poetry. <3

    Our last poem made us realize we need Russian Poets too, so I am just going to put "nonamrican" so we cover anyone from any other country like italy, egypt, korea, etc.
