    Poses... *unflattering shot of Nora* Yeah, that about sums it up. XD

    I had no idea they'd stopped using Poser. That explains all the subtle differences in the character designs, beyond aging, like Weiss having ... softer eyes, if that makes any sense.

    I guess I have to watch the rest. :D

    Oh you didn't know they changed animation programs between Season 3 and 4? That's why the animation quality (like, looks-wise) looked better but everything went down. I'm surprised that they stopped mo-cap (I thought they still did but this guy convinced me otherwise) since that adds a lot of realism to the animation. Apparently Monty was a genius at Poser but the software was hard to use for basically everyone else. The industry moved to Maya, so RT did as well. They just need someone who can animate well in Maya, man.

    Wow, yeah, that surprises me too. So what do they use the Monty Oum Memorial Mocap Studio for these days?

    Probably Red vs Blue. Last I saw on that show, they used quite a bit of mo-cap.
