    Drop Dumplings are delicious when you do 'em right. My grandma and I experimented without chicken once and dropped them in the final 15m of slow-cooked beef ribs and they were faaaaabulous.

    Only time I've made dumplings myself I made drop dumplings. Can confirm: v tasty.
