That was a hard choice - cruel, cruel question! -
Foo Fighters are definitely alt-rock. Post-grunge, maybe (seeing that their lead songwriter is a Nirvana vet), but they're nowhere near as heavy as other post-grunge bands.
Also, it is a very cruel question, but I feel that about 10 artists is enough to gauge somebody's music taste. Possibly. -
