The foundation of all things excellently created is order, and while the other districts linger in nonchalance, we, the literary masons of District Two, must unite in support of our tribute.
I suggest that we divide ourselves into three groups for when we review our tribute's work, each having its own speciality:
1. Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation
2. Vocabulary, Character and Style
3. Theme, Plot and Setting
The first step in assisting our tribute is to elect a Grand Masterbuilder to lead us. Everyone should vote in this matter, and while our elected leader may aid in reviewing, their primary objective should be to maintain order.
Once this has been done, a leader for each of the three categories ought to be elected; I think that only the members of a certain category should vote for their specific leader, though. These Masterbuilders should then provide guidance to their respective categories and must regularly report back to the Grand Masterbuilder.
To keep things fair concerning the voting, I think we should keep to these guidelines:
1. You should not vote for yourself.
2. Only vote for one individual.
3. Once you have voted, do not change your vote, for this may demoralise the candidate/s.
Should one of the four Masterbuilders be selected as the tribute of District Two, a re-election must be held.
Divide yourselves into the categories of your preference (you may only be part of one category, of course), but if they are unbalanced, I think the Grand Masterbuilder should reserve the right to balance things out by moving you to another category. Be that the case, I think they should first ask who would be willing to move, but if no one volunteers, they can move whomever they please. Unless convinced otherwise, their decision is final.
If anyone has any objections or suggestions, feel free to make them, but remember, our duty should first be to our district and our tribute, and then to ourselves. May the odds be ever in our favour!
