    I understand this group is trying to be helpful (which is good) but maybe just a suggestion, as a header you shouldn't put what you put in text up there.
    To make everybody feel loved, they can talk about their problems, give them praise, tell them it's alright, but don't like talk and talk and talk about it because the person probably doesn't want to hear all of this stuff; instead they just want to be in a friendly community, with the header your just reminding them 'not to kill themself'.
