1. Don't compare yourself to other people. Why do you need to? You are amazing enough as it is.
2. Make a list of your positive qualities. What are you, unselfish, creative, nice, funny? Forget all the things you are not.
3. Write positive things on big pieces of paper and put them on your bedroom wall. Just to remind yourself that you are amazing.
4. Communicate with others. Communication will help you become a better person and definitely help boost your self esteem.
5. Make a list of successful and great things you have done in your past life. When you read it, you will feel so satisfied and happy.

To make everybody feel loved, they can talk about their problems, give them praise, tell them it's alright, but don't like talk and talk and talk about it because the person probably doesn't want to hear all of this stuff; instead they just want to be in a friendly community, with the header your just reminding them 'not to kill themself'.
