    Usually it is two eggs and three slices of almond bread with blueberry butter on top.

    SO EASY TO MAKE. Thaw frozen blueberries (I use 2/3s of a cup), mix in two teaspoons of sugar to the thawed blueberries, mash them up, add half a stick of butter, mix again. Takes some time for the butter to soften enough to mix properly, but still. Really easy. xD

    You get a similar taste to jam without the crazy amount of sugar. It's nice.

    Also, the reason I say mix the sugar in with the blueberries is they end up with a lot of extra liquid (after you thaw them, you're supposed to drain excess liquid off before mashing, and you'll get more liquid after you start!). If you let the sugar dissolve in the blueberries and mix it around before then, the juice becomes something you can drizzle on bread after to get the same taste as the butter without the actual butter.
