    He's posh. He's British, but he really comes from another planet. He's over 2000 years old and he travels with a little blue box that can travel anywhere in time and space. He's got a stick thing that glows blue at the end and does crazy stuff. He comes from a race that watches humanity from afar and usually doesn't interfere, but he interferes a lot. He's got a blond nemesis that he has witty repartee with.
    He's Loki.

    Also the long coat, and he's cute, and he can change his face, he's fought many species. He's killed good guys, but he's sorry now. Karen Gillan ran away with him, and she's been running ever since. He's in love with a woman who's kind of villainous at times. (Note: The last two only work if Nebuloki becomes a thing, which I really hope it does.)
