The Civil Wars - The One That Got Away (Watch the Official video, not the studio cut, it is AMAZING, and yes the caps lock was necessary)

I don't know 'bout y'all, but Pandora's Epic Soundtrack radio station is a great place for me to get pumped up to write. Seriously, listening to those dramatic, intense pieces starts slapping new scenes into my head easily, and I'd be deluged with new ideas if I didn't keep a handle on it. Definitely worth looking into. And a bit of advice: don't try to force yourself to be inspired by the music. Just relax and let yourself enjoy the music first. Then you can let yourself feel the inspiration.

A Youtube artist called Jess Moskaluke; her videos often give me a lot of inspiration. Also 'So Cold' by Nikisha Reyes if I'm writing something slightly more sad or depressing.

Viva la Vida and The Fighter are songs that inspire me to write, what I listen to while I write is Owl City, because their sings clear my head, somehow.

has anybody heard the old song Hey Shirley (This is Squirrely)? For fans of A and the C (Alvin and the Chipmunks), Hey Shirley was a song by their only true rivals from over thirty years ago. the Nutty Squirrels. It's well worth a listen for those who have good humor. :D

I love The Elder Scrolls. Great inspirational music for an epic fantasy one could write.

Omg, this junior, Josh, is trying to help me with What Child is This?, and I had it fine, but he taught me something cool I could try to it, but it's uber-complicated....
