I still wasn’t sure what to feel, rejoiced? relieved? I sat silently while I watched Nathan take the body out back. To bury him. I wondered if the boy had had a family, he barely passed for seventeen. Headlines in news programs flashed in my head before I could deny them entry. I shook my head in the hopes that they would leak away.
The dewy grass glistened with the crystal water drops in the sunset. I stroked the white marble deftly and sighed to myself. I bent down to lay the roses on the stone gently. I ran my fingers along the inscription. HERE LIES CADENCE AND CALEB WALKER.LOVING MOTHER AND FATHER.DIED SEPTEMBER 17th 2013.THEY WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED.

I'm not really sure what this is supposed to be? Is it a prologue to a longer story? It is very short.
I thought it was well written you describe things quite well but just as I was getting into the story, it ended lol I would like to have more of this story, just so I can get into the flow. It is a bit short to review lol
Good start to a story though just continue it more please!
