Hey! So, I like your theme here. Creativity is a GREAT subject for a poem because of its abstract nature. Your ideas are well developed and everything, but this poem feels a bit disjointed to me. Especially the overly long ellipses.

Doing this:

"given the opportunity.......to create."

Looks unprofessional and a bit weird. I sense that you're trying to insert a break there, but you can also do a line break:

"Given the opportunity
To create."

Or a comma

"Given the opportunity, to create."

Or a regular ellipse

"Given the opportunity... to create."

Anyways, that's the only really big thing I noticed. Bye!

I love the repetition of the word creativity throughout the poem. I love how it expands the idea of creativity throughout the poem. There are some mistakes I noticed in the poem.

In the first line, you could add a comma between death and but to make it more organized, like this: Do not use your imagination to scare yourself to death, but to inspire.

The second, it's masterpiece, not master piece. But that's according to my knowledge, you may know more than me, so I don't even know if that's a valid mistake or something like that.

I know that the comma you used at the sixth line is for emphasis, but you could just use a space: "Creativity is the ability" then use commas between ability and given and at the end of opportunity to avoid confusion: "Creativity, is the ability, given the opportunity, " then omit the ellipses.

It's just for it to become more formal or something like that, so it doesn't mean you have to do all of that. You always have the final say.

Nouns can verb very well actually, they verb better than some verbs do.
