E - Everyone

I trusted myself. Thought I’d be fine

Now, a stranger to my own reflection.

Don’t even know this face of mine.

I was okay years ago.

Better than these days now.

All the mysteries yet so untold.

Tell me how to escape this unknown me

Tell me how to get out

Tell me how to be self-free

First off, I'm so sorry you feel this way, I hope you get better soon.
Second, this poem is really good. I loved it. Keep writing! I don't have anything else to say about it. Pat yourself on the back for a good poem.
Again, I'm sorry you feel that way. But I find poems always make me feel better. As always, keep writing, and happy New Year!

So let me start. I love the concept of this poem, and find it extremely relatable, and beautiful. The words are well chosen, and the imagery within this poem makes it very powerful. I especially like the line "All the mysteries yet so untold." I don't know why, but I absolutely love the sound if it. This poem was well written, and a great read. Keep writing.

Hey!

First, I would like to say welcome to YWS! I have seen some of your reviews, and they are magnificent! I am excited that this is your first poem, and I would love to know what title you would give this piece.

I think there needs to be a period after the word fine in the first line of this poem. The period after reflection should be a comma. There should be a comma after ago, and there should be a period after now (fourth and fifth lines). There should be a comma after the seventh and eight lines and a period at the end of the last line. I am adding these because you have put in some punctuation, and if it should be either all punctuation or non at all.

I love the meaning in this poem, and I think you have created and captured what it feels like to be different than who you thought you were supposed to be.

Thanks for the great read, I can't wait to read more of your work, and if you need anything else feel free to ask,
~Rascalover

Hi there!
I know it is late, but Welcome to YWS! I hope you enjoy it here, people are super helpful and nice here. Now, I'm going to jump straight into this review.
First off:
I love how relatable this poem is and how the simplicity makes this poem stand out.
Second:
Your last word on your last line is awkward. To smooth it out, I would either turn it into two lines like this:
"Tell me how to break free
From myself"
Or just say "Break Free."
I hope this helped!

Hi! I just saw this and I thought that I would take a small look.

I just want to say that this is a nice piece, you showed your feeling really well! I loved it. I just want to show you what my favorite part was, and help you a little bit.

MY favorite part was: "I trusted myself. Thought I’d be fine

Now, a stranger to my own reflection.

Don’t even know this face of mine.

I was okay years ago.

Better than these days now"

This showed good feelings. This made me sad, because it is so relatable.

What you could do to help:

You can just make it a little bit longer, to show more.

OVERALL: I LOVED THIS!!!!
