confined and helpless
Crazy Lacy: I always like seeing the new and distressed captives shake and whimper, ready to lose all past memories and recent ones; of course, some will stand their ground and try to challenge my actions as heinous and unjustified, yada yada. Once your feet tread upon my soil, your privileges have been revoked. There isn't a two-sided die; you will abide by my orders.
Each bear is first shackled and thrown into medium-sized cages. Some are fortunate to have a roomie, and others are to stand alone, left in their thoughts as they see their years of happiness fade away.
Some will cry softly, and others plead many times for a release; these attempts become stagnant, just like the putrid, black and bubbling ocean waters that were a minute ago pure and tranquil. The skyline twists into a dark hue of purple, with many dark, puffy clouds crowding above. Not much can be seen in the distance, but a grey, foggy wall obstructs the view of the town. The problem you face isn't the island but the chaotic rhythm of the waves becoming heavy and swift, rocking the side of the boat and throwing off some of the bears' balance. Guards are fitted with special footwear and armour plates designed to exact the right altitude in the waters. This keeps others from drowns well oak away
The thunder in the distance roars and erupts; still unable to get a clear view – this can leave many of the bears shaken, distressed, or disoriented. Once they arrive, they are ordered to stand at the back of the cage while the guards unlock the doors. Bears in sets of five are linked together by a chain and then made to walk a path. This system is a much better move since, before, they were not divided into groups, and it was just a long and strenuous line. Some choose not to follow suit and beg; not only does the underperforming prisoner get shocked, they all do.
A drill rings out with two guards side by side by the reinforced steel doors; on the left is a sign reading 'Recruitment Ward'. The rows of five slowly walked down the hall; the only sound that filled the dark, distant hall was the sound of chains rattling and clanking as the captives moved.
Unlawful principles

Each captive must stand in the designated squares that are marked out in white paint; if I come out and see one bear's leg overstepping the line, they will be dragged up to the red door. This room is especially my favourite; there are no second chances or empathy in my world. You follow suit, and you won't suffer isolation for a month.
Crazy Lacy: Many of my well-known royal sentries have made their mark, proving to me exponentially how loyal they are to their queen; they never gloat, interrupt, or overlook my orders. But in achieving that badge, of course, there has to be a lot of pain and anguish physically and mentally; there is no soppy team-building or thoughts of encouragement and determination to others or yourself; your purpose is to fight against Spring Elk Island: just mere pawns on my war board to blockade any trouble that tries to breach my castle.
You are to strictly abide by my demands; if you once try to give me a proposal for ideas or judge my opinions, you will be severely punished and possibly lose your chance in the line of defence.
You will never see your family or the town you once cherished, so if you think your saviour is going to rescue you, it's best to cut your losses now, haha; Lacy is too busy lingering around that big stupid crystal that I will soon grasp and turn her town on its head. But in order to make you pair of brittle and weak potato sacks somewhat of a line of combat warriors, you will at first need to have your memories and thoughts flushed out and replaced with nothing but malice and bitterness; can't have you unable to fight down to your soul, being too kind and passionate, otherwise you are just an obstacle getting in my way of important work
Many of the bears were gleaming with hate, looking as if their gaze was about to pierce through my cold and shallow heart; some of them were too frozen in shock to process everything.
Crazy Lacy: Well, as much as I like to watch you squirm in your restraints, I've got important endeavours to attend to. Guards, escort them to the memory extractor unit.
I pointed straight down the dimly lit hallway. As I was about to walk away, I was quickly stopped by a little blue bear trying to be the people's hero.
Blue bear: Do you really think you can get away with all of this heinous and unjustified torture? Lacy will save us, and you will rot under the island; you may have convinced many, but believe me, someone will always wipe away the dirt. Why are any of you not taking the stand with me?
I just watched as this fool tried to persuade the other bears, desperate to try to grab at the chains, shaking and pulling to break them. But to my surprise, the others just looked away, trying to avoid him.
blue bear : are you all really going to let your life and the memories you made be shredded, your families' past and
Crazy Lacy: No one is coming to your call; many guards that stand here watching you moan were saying the same thing once. Did Lacy ever rescue them? HAHA NO! WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER COUNTLESS TIMES? Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, your life isn't of much importance? Imagine that a crystal has a stronger binding than your miserable and vulnerable life; don't try and play the victor. Many have failed.
Blue Bear: You are trying to sway my feelings towards Lacy... Lacy would never... she will save us... she... she will.
He fell to his knees, holding his hands near his eyes, sobbing.
Crazy Lacy: Ahahaha, how pathetic; he has his little whinge and then collapses after hearing the truth. This is why I want you all to despise Lacy for the lies and misinformation about how safe you will be if you stay in your homes at night. Haha, if you ever thought that would stop us from ripping the front door down in your house, then you really are gullible, playing too easily into the shady system Lacy has provided.
Also, it's very easy to pick off bears. So, since you are the one to throw your mouth around and sputter such nonsense, you will be the first in line for the machine, and I'll assure all of you to take this lesson as a sign to stay out of conflict. Now get this scum out of my sight! I'm hoping to see a lot of change in his behaviour once he's been altered, hahaha

Hello there, human! I'm reviewing using the YWS S'more Method today!
Shalt we commence with the morbid S’more?
Top Graham Cracker - Crazy Lacy is like Lacy but crazy. She kidnaps the bears and takes away their memories, showing absolutely no mercy to them.
Slightly Burnt Marshmallow - I have no recommendations to make as of right now, but if you would like to edit this, you may.
Chocolate Bar - I like that Crazy Lacy is talking about Lacy like she’s the person who is responsible for the bears’ predicament, especially when she’s saying that Lacy won’t come to rescue them. I also like that there’s a memory extractor unit because it’s easier to follow orders when you don’t remember who you are.
Closing Graham Cracker - Overall, another intriguing short story about Drown Well Oaks! I have enjoyed reading this and I will be certain to read the other stories in this series. Now…
I wish you a fantastic day/night! ^v^
Appreciate the kindness and support, thank you
