You are the blood of my heart,
The beauty and the brain.
The warmth of my Sun,
The water of my rain.
You are the life in my breaths,
The Solace from my sorrow.
The stars of my nights,
The hope of a tomorrow.
You are the angel of my heaven,
The resident of my heart.
The taste in my food,
The inspiration of my art.
You are my blood,
You are my breath,
You are my angel,
And my everything else.
Without you am nothing,

Forever and ever

From a writers stand point I think it sounds a little cliche. If I was you friend getting this on valentines day I would be overjoyed.
It has nice rhythm and I think she will think it's nice.
If I were you I would change the title. Maybe when you give this poem to your friend the title could be your friends name.
