Joke Laugh Smile

We are drowning in deadlines coming faster than runaway trains we wake up nearly every morning the sky is grey the sky is falling in we drink blue water to make ourselves forget take away everything except our skin once a year we sit on golden sands let the sea wash away everything word stealers we are miserable sneaksters who care we would save the girl if we could reach her but she is all the way over there we argued in the rain and went home the acid from the sky burnt our clothes it goes through our skin and bones me and you turn to ghosts you tell the children you cursed them we'll raise hell change the sky.

Words won't flow if the fear won't go.
Everybody knows we mean it.

This is really cool. Your imagery is good. The only thing I did not like about the poem is the paragraph form at the beginning; I know the point was to convey chaos, but you could do that with line breaks. Because all of the pictures that you describe are chaotic, you can have line breaks between the thoughts to make it easier to read and still get the point across.

Cool poem!
