I've been living to survive
I'm forced to conform
I've never felt alive
And my heart is left torn
They'll sterio-type me
And tell me where to go
They'll tell me who to be
And who I need to know
I'll be stamped and sealed
with no hope of change
But underneath it all
I'm going insane
When will the world see
that the difference between
gender, color, or race
is not how one should rank
and not how one should place
When will conforming to worldly standards end?
Why are all our concerned acts
decietful and fake?
When will we finally stand up
and when will we awake?

Your comment was posted, but it wasn’t long enough to count as a review. Reviews need about four complete sentences (at least 250 characters). Try writing another review that explains your thoughts in more detail — the author will appreciate it, and you’ll earn points for it.
Not bad. There's just a few problems with this. Your rhyme scheme is all over the place. I think rhyming is sooo overrated in poetry--it's all about the rhythm, which you do have a grasp of here. But when the rhyme is imperfect, like it is here, it really messes up the poem, so some of these lines are very jarring for me. Also, you spelled "stereotype" wrong in the second stanza. More punctuation at the ends of some lines would help the flow as well. I appreciate the theme behind the poem, though.
I really don't have a critique. But just thought I'd say that this is really good! It almost feels like I could have wrote it. That's how much I agree with it- if that makes sense.

Well, not much else to say. Sorry for the lack of critique. I hope you will continue writing with these deep meanings.
