Your comment was posted, but it wasn’t long enough to count as a review. Reviews need about four complete sentences (at least 250 characters). Try writing another review that explains your thoughts in more detail — the author will appreciate it, and you’ll earn points for it.
Hey,
I think I was just meant to review this because yesterday I was about to review it, but had something to do. Today it popped up again, so... Yay! I don't know if you want help on your grammar, since you said you're not good at it, but I'll give you a few tips. I sucked at grammar until my previous English class where the teacher was a stickler on that kind of thing.
I forgot to mention one thing. Many published authors say they've had the same problem of letting ther reader what the MC looks like in first person. Looking in a mirror is boring and convienent. Try something new that grabs our attention.
Okay, I went way more in depth than I normally do with grammar because you said you were bad at it. This is probably an annoying review with all of the nitpicks, but grammar is a big part of writing too.
Seeing ghosts is a well worn idea, but going to their world is a twist that could make this fresh. Plus, I'm of the belief that you can make any idea that seems to have been used far too much new and interesting if you try hard enough. I don't know much about the MC except her appearance which is fine since this is the first chapter.
I hope my review has helped if only the grammar portion of your writing.
If you ever need another review or have any questions, PM me or post on my wall.
Keep writing,
Megsug
