by moosiegirl

People who want to be friends should:

Tell them when something looks bad on someone

tell them if their jokes arn't funny

stop being a bossy idiot

stop trying to impress them

make sure to complement their new clothes

borrow and RETURN

not complain if u hate something to them

tell them you secrets

keep their secrets

go shopping for 5 hours without complaining

keep their chin up when their friend is happy

be sad if their friend is gloomy

TO BE A GOOD WRITER/ reviewer:

use adjectives

dont comment on little things likes spacing

comment on the whole draft

use constructive critisism

never try to find a mistake

acknologe they worked really had

comment that they should write more

use creative words

dont make them mad by saying their words arn't creative enough

study had to be an author

If you remember only one thing about writing, then remember this.

Don’t cause reader fatigue.

“The Ball was hit very hard and elegantly by the boy.”

That passive sentence caused you to think a little.

“The Boy hits the ball.”

Your brain processes this sentence more easily than the first one.

It’s a tiny difference, but over the course of an entire document, passive writing adds up and causes reader fatigue. Your reader will feel tired and lose interest if you write too many passive sentences.

I know so many good writers who don’t take care of reader fatigue. Hence they are never able to attract readers.
