We used to stay up all night, wondering about our high school memories
now we are quickly approaching the end of our senior year.
We planned each summer, filling them with vacations
We looked forward to all of the times that were ahead
from our first day of freshman year
and our first high school party
the first kisses, and the first heartbreaks
we grew from getting into sister-like arguments
to being each others’ rocks, and our “go tos”.
We grew up together, we watched each other mature.
What started at an eighth grade dance, turned into much more.
It turned into endless conversations and help with major decisions.
It turned into feeling each other’s pain, and trying to ease loss.
Without this friendship, the world would be too harsh.
They lift me up when I experience the cruelty that is so real in the world.
They know when to be serious, and can see when I really need help.
They know when to make me laugh, like only they can.
We help one another with everything,
from what to wear to what to say to what to do.
The first ever cruise bonded us forever,
and the memories of my sweet 16 party always make us laugh.
Because everything was so simple.
The summer night we ran for our lives,
and the endless laughter that came after.
We reminisce on our shared crush on the quarterback
the times where we felt our entire world revolved around our eighth grade drama,
and the times that sophomore year seemed like endless fun.
The memories of our friendship will never leave me
and they made my teenage years the best of my life.
So to my bestfriendship,
Thank you for the memories and for never leaving my side
Thank you for wanting the best for me
Thank you for accepting me, even on my bad days.
Thank you for giving me four shoulders to lean on
and for growing up with me.
Thank you for agreeing to do things we know we shouldn’t
And Thank you for understanding, always.
And when the day comes that we are separated,
you’ll always have a friend in me.

Wow! This is such a beautiful poem - I loved reading it.
Few little things;
1) you might want to structure it into paragraphs however it also works well flowing like that, if that's what you intended.
2) I would change the order of the lines slightly so that they run in themes, so put all your lines about being there for each other together, it will make it more memorable for the reader.
However, apart from these tiny things, I absolutely loved your poem, firstly because it flowed amazingly and each line melted into the next - some lines repeated themselves and were a bit "wishy washy" but I actually liked it that way, it made the poem gentle and nicer to read.
I also think that you conveyed what you were trying to convey extremely well, I could tell how grateful you were to them and how many happy memories you have - I can definitely relate and the emotion really shows through your writing. Well done! You did an amazing job.
