*Forgive the cheesy, cliched parts, I wrote this during the wee hours of morning, and I don't know, it just came out like this and I couldn't stop adding more. Any comment would be appreciated.
Youth Love Nation
Those ornery heads who cling,
To familiar tradition.
Those obscure minds who enjoy,
A vast modernization.
All histories caught within,
A meaningless aggression.
Always under pressure with,
Enormous desperation.
Unable to find this life’s,
Relevant motivation.
Craving some significance,
To bring the world salvation.
Another mad player in,
This furious generation.
Blind to blissful miracles,
And mundane scintillation.
Looking for an adventure,
For a wild situation,
For a novel existence,
Beyond mere obligation.
In the end, needing rescue,
Left with unanswered questions.
Cheap thrills always fall so short,
Mindless suspense and action.
Shirking infinite duties,
For some new revelations.
Inhaling easy vices,
No time for a confession.
Back to complacency and,
Subjective absolution.
Ennui is an excuse,
For this new youth’s stagnation.
Seek for more, still always more,
More than vapid perfection.
Tried trying trials, searching,
Elusive resolutions.
Only love, only pure love,
Without discrimination.
Only goodness, true goodness,
For world-wide revolution.
A heartfelt discovery,
An honest deviation,
A side-step from big brother,
A new kind of rebellion,
Cradling the untouchables,
A profound mass connection,
Only impossible things,
Are meant for adoration.
Let dormant lies awaken,
Those bland imaginations.
Write some fairy tale endings,
Discard all explanations.
Free all possibilities.
Build new civilizations.
Revel in every nuisance,
In every satisfaction.
Embrace all them odd epics,
And savor all those nations.

You made perfect sense! Thank you so much for that, I'm glad that someone else got it.
I loved this poem. It was so philosophical and thought provoking, but at the same time it was an enjoyable read too.
At first I thought it was about old society vs younger. Modernization and such. Then, I thought that it was about more than that, as it is.
Is it about embracing life as it is? And deciding that instead of searching for a meaning or a purpose we should realise that there is enough meaning in life itself, so we should just grasp the meaning in the world, and accept it as it is, search for meaning in this world, because there is enough in it to find meaning, and we just need to realise that.
Eeeek, I probably make no sense, but yeah.
I love how there was a deep meaning hidden inside this poem, and that there are several meanings to this poem, and it is up to you to decide which you choose to believe. The depth is great, I adore it. Your word choice is also good too. So, it basically comes down to individual cognitive thought processes to choose how you see this poem.
It was great, I loved it. xD

Actually it's a little bit of both, and then some. I kind of went all over the place with this, so sorry if it was a little hard to understand as I really got crazy with it, lol.
I was trying to convey this desperation to find a larger than life purpose (mostly prevalent during our younger years), but that we shouldn't have to find something "larger than life," because life itself is filled with enough to the brim with everything (and more) we will all ever need, we just need to realize, find, and embrace everything in it
Thanks soooo much for the comments! I really, really appreciate it, because this is one of my favorite pieces.
sorry that got really messy although it looked alright when I wrote it up. strange..
This was very interesting to read. And very difficult, I might add. The first time I read it, I was extremley confused, but maybe that's just my smallish brain kicking in :) Anyways, after reading it a few more times, I kindof got the idea of Youth vs. Age and Society vs. Individual? Such as the first few lines:
"Those ornery heads who cling, This line seems like it's talking about the older generations and
To familiar tradition. their strict traditions, like arranged marriage or something.
Those obscure minds who enjoy, This quote seems to be describing the youth of today and how
A vast modernization. " technology is a big part of our lives.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you trying to describe how it is very hard to make a perfect world when the masses are either too preocupied with their rituals to notice that there are bigger things in life, or are too fucosed on whats new and what's changing to truly get a grasp on somthing substantial?
I'm honestly very curious as the the meaning of this poem, and would very much like to read more.
Wow... what an interesting view of the world!
So intense I like it!
Doesn't everyone want a fairytale ending? lol
