clockwork .

Clock strikes twelve , midnight swells
Evening spits bright lights .
Twinkle and shine
down onto my mind's eye .
Round and round the arms pass by
Times fly , souls die in my mind's eye .
Clock strikes five , stars dive
behind the earth a new .
Morning a rise , a new day , new lies in my mind's eye .
