First writing Ive done in awhile... I didnt realize how short it was. Hope you guys like it. Renamed
Tears and rain are the same substance, but yet so different in many ways. Formed by water, they come out of two objects. The tears that fall from the sky are endless and clear the mind. The tears that fall from eyes washes you out of your emotions but can last for an eternity as well.
The tears that come out today are both.
As I hid from my father, there had been a knock that came from the other side of the front door. You could hear him tripping around the house like a drunken man. Meanwhile, I was hoping he would forget my location for which I had run to once he had slapped me. Swallowing the hard lump at my throat, I breathed air once again and put my ear against the wall to hear the conversation of him and the strangers.
“Who is it?” he grumbled loudly in that voice that haunted my dreams every night.
The click that meant he unlocked the door disturbed the house silence. Had he been right? Where they here to take me away? To lock me away in prison? I retrieved further into the wall, away from the unknown, deciding I didn’t want to know either. Not wanting to know who was at the door.
“Melek, come d—“John was cut off by the sounds of a gunshot exploding inside the house. With a loud thud someone hit the ground.
I covered my mouth to stop the sobs from being heard, and I was in shock of what just happened. Crying over the man that had ruined my life seemed incredibly stupid but yet impossible not to. John had been murdered. My father, who seemed like the only person could hurt me bad, was the last of my worries now. Whoever was in my house was looking for something or someone, not daring to stick around to find out who it was, I fled for my life. Running inside the walls, waiting for the sounds of outside to register, and soon enough I found my destination. All the while hoping they couldn’t hear my faint footsteps, the cries from my throat and my breathing.
Thunder rolled outside, and I wondered if I should risk being outside during the pour of raindrops. The rain could cause me to get sick, and where should I go then? After all, they couldn’t stay long, and I could shut myself meanwhile. Unfortunately, their loud noises made me jump and I couldn’t stay in the hallow space for long or I began to feel claustrophobic.
Staying a while longer, hearing them mumble here and there. They were women that is why John had thought it was for me. One of their voices kept pulling out unknown memories; still I couldn’t stay much longer to figure it out.
Ripping the door I had made long ago to the outside forest that was the first place I found comfort. I had thought I had made no sound but after the first shot I heard I knew I was wrong. Another round, maybe 4 5, were fired at me before they were stopped by the voice.
“Stop… not here… hurt her!” she yelled, I was lucky to hear some over the rain. I didn’t know her, so I kept running away as she yelled my name.
“Melek, Melek!”
Not stopping to look back until I was in depths of shadows of the forest. She had tried to follow me but I could tell the trees scared her. Something about her eyes was so familiar. She had said she wasn’t here to hurt me… then why is she after me? What did I have that she could possible want? She had this smile on her face that meant she would have me again, plus she was looking straight at me. Talk about scary.
Taking a step back, I stumbled over a rock and fear grew quick in my heart and I pulled myself up. I ran deeper into the forest, not daring to look back at the women.
Seconds built up to minutes and soon enough I was engulfed by trees, though I was miles away, I didn’t dare stop. The sounds of the forest I didn’t trust, and any small noise kept me going deeper. I didn’t think about anything, except the thought of someone pursuing me, imagination or not.
Hours had passed before I stopped, and the pain was pulsing inside my body. Sweet and rain and tear moistened my damp body. I hadn’t had paid any attention to my surroundings, so when the soul covered my mouth I wasn’t ready to fight off. And so I fell into deep sleep with the sweet smell, while I thought of the rain that was dripping on my face, a voice said,
“Nice to see you again Melek.”

Hello there.
I'll begin with the nitpicks and then go on with my overall impression.
There are more than one woman, right? Therefore, it's women.
I like how you keep the suspense going. This is very mysterious, and therefore, I want to read more.
Keep writing!
