Overall I thought this had a good flow to it. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps lose some of the periods? You don't necessarily need them after every line, and it would help to continue the string of wishes you have unweaving throughout the poem. Other than that, though, this is a good write

I love the flow of this, and it has a nice, but sad feeling to it.
The way it is written is awsome,
and I can picture the person thinking this looking at the person it's aimed at, if that makes any sense at all
