Why can't people respect each other for who they are, or what they believe in. I'm assuming you have all heard about the big mass shooting in Orlando, Florida at that nightclub. Fifty people were killed, and about fifty-three were injured. What does that tell you? We need to show respect. People kill others because of their differences. But does it matter what color, and gender you are? Does it matter what religion or beliefs you may have? Why do people kill of others differences. I don't understand. That mass killing in Orlando was insane, and I don't understand why someone would just want to kill and injure over a hundred people. It doesn't make since to me. Why do we hate each other because of our differences. We should love and respect each other. Some people kill for sport which is defiantly not okay. Why do people enjoy doing this? Why is it funny to them? They do it, and get themselves in major trouble. Is that really what they want? Probably not. They know there's going to be consequences for their actions, so why do it? My friend and I are now talking about this mass shooting and why people kill. We started talking about how they kill because of religion. My friend said this, and I agree completely. This is what she said "

Sometimes I wish religion didn't exist, and the only religion there is, is to love each other and respect each other so we can all be happy and respect each other. We're all the same inside, we're all humans, we have feelings, no matter what color, race, religion, or sexuality we are. we are all human, we go through issues too, why do people have to make it worse by killing people over differences? We need to focus on our similarities and we need to love each other. That's gods main rule, that's Buddha's main rule, its every religions main rule and that's the only thing religion needs to focus on."

I'm sorry if I offended anyone reading this right now, if I did I don't mean to, I'm just tying to state a point. People should love each other, and treat each other fairly. As the golden rule says "treat others the way YOU want to be treated." Why can't people just show love? Why are people heartless? I understand you want others to feel your pain about a loss, or anything else, but do they have to murder people? Do people even have to bully? No, it's a choice they make, and it's the wrong choice. People shouldn't take their anger out on others, they shouldn't retaliate either. They should just show love and respect. Even on your enemies. It's hard to love everyone, even people you don't like or even hate, but we should. We should kill each other because of differences. We should kill each other because of what those others believe. We should all be one happy family. People who encourage it don't help either. It just keeps going on. I don't understand the world we live in today.

I hope you agree with me, but it's okay if you don't I understand how someone may feel about this. I know a few of my friends are overwhelmed about the mass killing in Orlando. I know I'm overwhelmed and scared. What happens if this happens to me or my family? Doesn't anyone think about that. Please take a moment and think about it. That's what people don't do. They don't think before they commit crimes and murders. If they stopped and possibly thought about it then maybe it wouldn't occur so often. People should start thinking. Wait... What happens if this happens to someone I love? What could I do to help?

It's hard and overwhelming to think about the world we live in today. It's hard to get along with people and I understand, but we should try because you never know when something like this will happen near you.

We should all try and love and respect each other even though it's hard.

Thanks for reading and I hoped this touched your heart and helping you think about our world today.

I'm sorry if I upset or offended anyone, I was trying my best not to, if I did, I apologize.

Please give me your opinions on this. I'd like to know what you think.

Again thanks for reading, and I hoped I helped warm your heart. This is a serious matter, and I hope you all can agree on that.

Remember to show love, and respect to one another, if you don't, who knows what it could lead to. Thanks.

Hey there Dogsrule. Here's another pessimist hollering at your door, but this time on a more optimistic note.

Firstly, let's point out all the grammatical and spelling errors on this blog post and go from there, yes?

Why can't people respect each other for who they are, or what they believe in.

End in a question mark, since this is a question. Actually, a lot of what you said was a question and didn't end in a question mark.

Why do people kill of others differences.

Kill each other because of differences. Also, another question mark will do.

It doesn't make since to me.

Sense, not since.

Some people kill for sport which is defiantly not okay.

Definitely.

Now, let's talk about my opinion on the matter.

Look here. If you ask me, I absolutely hate the fact that people use "love conquers all" to fix stuff like this. You know why? Because extreme love causes hate. For example, I love humans. Therefore, I hate terrorists, because they kill humans. Rational, right? Now let's use the rule of empathy and apply this to terrorists--let's say a radical religious terrorist loves his "God". His "God" tells him that other people who don't believe in him are evil. Therefore, the terrorist hates the people who don't believe in him. See what I mean here? These guys can't run on hate if they don't run on some sort of love towards something.

You want world peace? Take away all emotion. All love. Everybody works for the sole purpose of working and letting the world go around the Sun, and nothing more. You'll see that world peace is very easy to achieve in that format. But you know why that isn't probable? Because that world would suck. Human beings are inherently opinionated creatures--they do try to love each other, but most of the time they won't agree on something, and that will lead to a conflict of some sort. It's natural, it's necessary.

Was the Orlando shooting necessary? Certainly not. These things can be avoided, however difficult, but let's stop pretending like this is because people lack love. People lack proper education and a good parental upbringing--you can deduce that that means they lack love, but with a description as vague as that do you really think that would solve anything? All tragedies are just a pileup of bad events that went horrendously wrong, and all massacres start from minor disagreements. Not necessarily because of 'lack of love'.

But in any case, I do think that the Orlando shooting involved a bit of lack of love, so you got that right at the very least. But we can't act like we can know when this sort of thing is supposed to happen and prevent it. Most of the time, it comes out of the blue--sure, we should try to prevent it, but no one theory is going to fix the problem. And yes, that includes the love theory. What we can do is mourn and change the system so that it would make the world a slightly less crappy place. But never, never expect the world to be ideal.

Signing out,

--EM.

Wonderful message, but I think this might be better for a blog post?

Okay, thanks for the suggestion. I really wasn't sure what to make it. First it was in other writings, then I made it a short.

This is perhaps the most the greatest example of wishful thinking, but the concept is ludicrous.
For one, people are narcissistic parasites who think that whatever they or their storybook says is right.
For two, I think that you already know that these killings, and bombings, and hate kills will never stop, in reality, very few people have the ability to love, but everyone has the ability to hate.
And for three, love is a very hard thing to comprehend, and considering most people are stuck up or lazy, they often turn to hate as a way out of the limbo of unfeeling.
In all, this is a very good idea, but I think you know deep down that the war between love and hate is already over.

Yes I know. I just wanted people to get a positive outlook on life. To have hope that things one day will get better, even if they really won't.

I understand, but I am usually a pessimist, but, the best thing I can do is not interfer with your opinion, but try not to get to depressed, it' only my opinion.

Okay, thanks. I'm not depressed, I just think that the world could learn a few things.

Thank you for writing this. Our conversation last night really helped me calm down. This whole situation in Orlando really shook me up, but when you wrote this, it helped me pull together. Thank you...

Your welcome anytime.
