                                           Heart Failure

Dear heart ;

You are too soft, weak and over concerned.                                                                                         Just because you are Christian,it doesn't mean everybody is supposed to walk all over you.             Friends, relatives, spouses and everybody now uses you for their own advantage and all you do is forgive them?like seriously!! All you are best at doing is bringing me more trouble. You make me fall for the wrong guys, you pity tricksters and you believe every lie.

People often say listen to your heart but i don't want to do that anymore. You have caused me more harm than good and now,all love has ever done is make me cry.All mercy has ever given me is regret, loss and pain. You are not made of steel so please stop taking everything.Instead of keeping me alive you are killing me slowly.

Emotional issues are not your specialty, leave those to the canal.Let me hand over those tasks to the brain because you are FIRED!!!

Hmm.. ._. I feel you.

This heart and brain thing, that conflict, I've heard a lot about it in my past 16/17 years. But, personally for me, there's no conflict. There's no room for that. You see, to be pretty honest, those two parts aren't different or opposite at all. Instead, your brain controls everything. Your hunger, your anger, your affection almost all of it. So, it's all about the brain. I don't get why heart is blamed for all emotional issues. Brain is the one! Brain should be blamed. Well, just kidding! XD

It's just ups and downs in our life. There'll be good and bad. There'll be friends and foes. That is life, mate. Not saying emotional state is useless. We all tend to be upset. It's like, I said part of life. So, one better not really overthink about this. Just, flow with it, whatever it is. Fix your goal. Stay determined. You'll have the final laugh. That's it.

Now, your article. Some formatting issues I can see, few typos. Just a quick reread could help you fix those! :) Have a great day!~

Welcome to yewis.

You need to work on your grammar and punctuation. The first thing that I noticed, is that you need a space between a period and the beginning of a new sentence. It's a formatting thing, but it does make a big difference in the visual aspect. I used to have this problem all of the time, but then one of my writer friends kept on correcting me, and I finally got into the habit of clicking that extra button and leaving that space there.

Next thing is that the length feels too short. I want you to expound, explain on your ideas and your points. The only way that I can really understand what you're trying to convey is if you put in more details and specific points that you are trying to make.

Also, I shouldn't be telling you this, because kindergarteners are supposed to learn this, but you are always supposed to capitalize the first letter in your sentence, or at least stay consistent with it. I know that a lot of writers have preferences and they don't capitalize things, but you have to remember and try to stay consistent with those types of leanances.

You are too soft, weak and over concerned.

I personally tend to stay away from a list of adjectives, the reason being that it can get really boring literally hearing you rattle of a list of words that are meant to describe an object, but really aren't. Firstly, this should definitively be a strong hook that reels your readers in, give them a reason to make them want to read again.

Just because you are Christian,

I'm confused a bit now. You are a Christian, or your heart is a Christian? Also, going back to being more specific, I would like to know which specific denomination or branch of Christianity that you practice. Because that one category will give me more insight about how you are living, because if I know any information about it, I can assume things that you perform.

People often say listen to your heart but i don't want to do that anymore.

Define "people". Who are these people in your life that you are reffering to. Is the the general public, specific friends with names, close family, etc. I want to know more about your background so that I can know why that's hurting your heart.

Let me hand over those tasks to the brain because you are FIRED!!!

That last sentence, the ending was very abrupt. It just seems like you build up this rage slowly about the heart, this sort of mood and then you just erupt with a bunch of CAPS LOCK and !!! marks. Both of those techniques look very unprofessional, and it makes it looks like you are so fired about this sentence, that you can't treat like an ending, with one exclamation point. Honestly, in my opinion this type of format makes a writer looks very immature.

Overall, you have a lot of things to touch up on, edit your simple mistakes, and rewrite some of the vague parts that look pretty uncertain. If you have any questions, please let me know down below. I hope that this helps you improve your writing!

Hey there ceealexx01, lizzy here for a review. I do not usually review stories of this type but here it goes. First off let me welcome you to YWS. I feel it is best to welcome new members.

-Let's get started on my review. Spelling and grammar do not rank number one on my list but they are still very important to me. In the first line you used a semi-colon, where I believe a comma belongs. You are addressing the heart, writing to it in a letter. Dear heart can not stand as a sentence by itself. In the second line, a space is needed in between the comma after soft and between weak. I would also recommend placing a comma after weak but either way is correct. There are a couple of places where spaces are needed in lines 2 and 3. In line 4, I understand the emphasis of the punctuation marks but I think this part needs revised. I would just recommend proofreading better next time. When I see little mistakes like this I like to recommend using microsoft word or google drive for the spell and grammar check.

-You indented the first paragraph but did not do so on the second or third paragraph. Please fix this. The content of your story is good the format might turn people away because it is not easy to read with the mistakes.

-Your story is good overall. Once again welcome to YWS and have a nice day.
