A set of pills to take
To dull your ever stabbing heart break
Floating on 2-10 tablets
Drifting on a cloud of chemical bliss
Wondering why those people back away
And shield their children's eyes
From such an unseemly sight
That proves there really is desperation.
Run home to the comforting dreariness
Of your feebly lit room
The sun too tired to shine on
The dirt encrusted walls
And the limp, sagging curtains
That you meant to replace
Before life got too much
And you left again
Into a world of fairy lights and nightmares
Killing yourself with relief
Enjoying your death
Because if you didn't it would be too real
Becoming a ghost of yourself
Letting pleasure replace strength
Because pleasure is all you wish to know
Loosing your humanity to a daze
Until, in that daze you make a mistake
And find yourself unable
To turn back
Or look back
Pleasure cannot help you now
In death you see
Those saviour pills damning you
Slipping away with your life
They cannot feel as you feel,
They do not care as you care
And that faceless man
Who charged your death
And gave you deadly relief
Just made another sale,
You'll meet the customer soon.

Wow. Thats a pretty good poem, but if you think of it it is kinda sad. But good job! Great job!
Keep up all the good work! I hope you have a nice day bubbles!
