I think the description you have here is a bit vague, I would like to know more about the characters and the time period this is set in. Sounds a bit like a mafia type thing, with criminals that are apparently on each other's side but there are so many secrets hiding beneath the surface you can't really tell if that is really the case.
So far, it sounds like it has a lot of potential, especially if you like to write action-packed stuff. I imagine this could be very exciting with fight scenes and behind-the-scene alliances.
I recommend that when you're making summaries in the future though, that you give us a bit more information to go on. It's a little hard to decide from just two sentences what the basics of your story is. Try to include more about the time period, characters, relationships, and things like that to try and paint us a better and clearer picture.
