Little Boy

Little Boy,
Why you do me that way?
Sit next to me with nothing to say.
What if a poured my heart out to you?
Then what?
Would you run away?
Like the other boy did.
Or would you be real and say:
"I feel the same way."?
Well Little Boy,
I got news to tell.
I'm feelin' you,
and I hope you feel me as well.
'Cause every time I see you,
my day gets a little brighter.
And every time I'm with you,
my smile grows a little wider.
So with all that said,
my thoughts flowing in your head.
The next time you come my way,
you better have something to say...
Little Boy

hey, I already commented on this, but I'm going to do it again

I ABSOLUTLY L-O-V-E LOVE THIS POEM!

Seriously girl, if you ever right a book of poetry, this better be the first one in that book or I might have to hurt you! (just kidding!)

Can you post another poem soon?

I'd just love to read some more!

Oh my gosh, that was SO wonderful!

It reminds me so much of what goes through my head constantly.

There is so much meaning in this poem, all hidden underneath that little boy

I really understand what you're trying to say, about telling a guy about youself and they run away (or maybe dump you) and the next boy that comes around, you're a little hesitant. And this time this boy is "for real" and you can trust him and he understands what you're going through (or tries to understand)

I really like how you worded this poem, this is probably in my TOP 10 FAVORITE POEMS OFF ALL TIME
and let me tell you, it's very hard to get on that list!

keep writing!
