Has your head ever been filled with so many thoughts you can’t even put a full sentence together? The thoughts keep circling around each other. They twist and turn and make my head spin around. When I’m sitting still, my head keeps moving around the room. It leaps from my neck and never stays still. Why wont it stay still? Why is there never any rest? What can I tell some? Someone tell me something.
Once the thoughts become too much for my head, they move down into my chest. They suck the air out of my lungs and contract my rib cage to force my chest to become smaller and smaller with each breathe. They do more spinning and running around until the weight on my chest becomes too much and they move down to my stomach. And the long chain of thoughts wraps around the stomach and cut off any feeling.
They finally get bored and move down to my legs and run up and down my thighs and shins right under the skin. I can feel them. I can feel the thoughts. I can feel the anxiety. I can feel everything. But then something happens. It stops. Everything stops. Suddenly, almost like my body can’t handle the anxiety anymore it shuts down. My breathing slows and the rest of my body becomes numb. The thoughts finally go away to find another place to create havoc. But only until my body decides to open my eyes again and my brain becomes alive again in the morning.

Hi I have OCD so I can really relate! Its really nice to know I'm not alone. Thank you so much for putting this into words!!!
oliverISorange- reviewing and mewing!
This piece of work caught my eye, and I had to read it, mostly because I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I can relate to the majority of this.
"I can feel the anxiety. I can feel everything"
This part jumped out at me, because it's so damn true. It's not only mental, but quite literally physical. When I was really bad, I would feel my heart burning and my breath fastening. I would often hyperventilate to the point of almost passing out. Ugh, I guess my review is quite biased, and I'm not going to really say anything about the wording, other than that you could have added a bit more detail. In all honesty, I was in awe. You are a very strong writer, keep it up.
Hey! XD

Yeah, I just wanted to say that this work is me pretty much most of the time. You had my empathy for the work from the opening line: 'Has your head ever been filled with so many thoughts you can’t even put a full sentence together?' And I always love it when people begin a work with a rhetorical question. <3
All your ideas are separately organised between paragraphs. Perfect.
Um, the only criticism I could make about this is possibly making it longer? Adding more anecdotes. More flowery language. I would love to see more on this and similar topics.
It really set my mind at ease to know others feel the same/a similar way.
This was my favourite part: 'Suddenly, almost like my body can’t handle the anxiety anymore it shuts down.'
You nailed this.
Kudos.
Hey Tiny here!

Okay I suffer from anxiety as well and I am so happy someone could actually put this feeling into words. CFG covered anything that needs working on so I'm just here congratulating you on finally putting this feeling into words.
Keep writing
Hey there, I really like this piece of work, it comes from the heart and I can imagine it is easy to relate to if one suffers from anxiety. I read somewhere that it feels like you do in that moment when you're rocking on your chair and start to fall, but you are frozen like that... But this work really gave me that impression, you made it almost sounds like an animal and it won't leave the narrator alone.
There is one small little TINY thing that you could improve on, and that's the word
"wont" as it needs an apostrophe so it's... "won't"
Seeing as that was the only thing I could spot, that hopefully shows you how much I like this.
Your descriptions and imagery are amazing... great job. A follow, like and review from me! I hope to see more of you on this site!
