I see you've written this for a special someone, though one can have multiple interpretations for a poem like this. The simplicity makes this poem very sweet and and adds a lot of credibility to it. I've read this multiple times over and over again, it just makes me feel so good!

Sometimes a "short and sweet" is all someone needs to feel better. I can tell you might've written this with the intent to console someone (My interpretation), and the simplicity makes it all the more sincere and meaningful. I see that you just joined the YWS!
