It depends on the book. For me, if the book is about action/adventure mostly, then I would prefer noun or verb respectively for a suitable title. One that shows just how much of the content can live up its title. As for my story, Pokemon Ultimate Evolution, the story as kind of all over the place when it come to content. I do this on purpose to make sure you're hooked on it after a certain episode. You're constant asking yourself, "what will this character do next", or how did that character do that?" For stories like that, I simply use a noun, as there is no definite type of content with it. That's just me.
Keep on writing, I hope you figure our how you want to creat your titles!

As for a title structure, it really depends on what your book is about. If its an action-packed novel, full of danger and drama, maybe choose a verb for a title. If its a more romantic, relaxed work, then an adjective or a noun might be better.
This probably should be in a discussion forum, or something along those lines. You'd likely get more comments on it, and people could actually toss opinions around about it. I hope you do that, and that this helps a bit!

Regardless, choosing a title is entirely subjective. And it must be significant to the work at hand. Any of the options you gave could be sufficient.
